How To Become/Stay Healthy

Four simple steps for a healthier and slimmer life.

1. Eat low carb
2. Sleep well
3. Exercise
4. Periodic fasting

1-4 ===> will lower your blood sugar and insulin ==> loose fat

DO NOT

1. Eat a lot of carb
2. Stress
3. Sit still
4. Eat every 3 hour

1-4 ===> will rise your blood sugar and insulin ==> get fat
