Make A Change

If you always do what you’ve always done
you’ll always get what you’ve always gotten”-John Maxwell

If what you’re doing in practice/job/family now isn’t working then do something different. Step outside your comfort zone.

“If we’re growing, we’re always going to be out of our comfort zone.” -John Maxwell

Approach people or groups to do talks that may be out of the norm (schools, church groups, special interest groups, corporations etc.). Set-up a general talk and invite specific groups (nurses, trainers).

Do something different!
(This text is from Motion Palpation Nation)

“As you begin changing your thinking, start immediately to change your behaviour. Begin to act the part of the person you would like to become. Take action on your behaviour. Too many people want to feel, then take action. This never works.” -John Maxwell

Schedule an appointment with yourself just to reflect “what you are doing”, “how you are doing things” and “how do people perceive you”

“A great leader’s courage to fulfill his vision comes from passion, not position.” -John Maxwell

This takes courage and you have to be modest, humble and open minded to manage to do any changes, be passionated.
