Thai Red Curry Salmon

Serves 4

Ingredients:

500 g/18 oz salmon, cut in 4 pieces
1 can (400 ml) coconut milk
2 tablespoon red curry paste
1 tablespoon flaked salt
1 broccoli (250g)

Direction:

Preheat the oven 200 C (390 F).
Cut the salmon in 4 pieces and season with salt. Put the salmon In a Pyrex.

Whip the coconut milk with the curry and pour it on the salmon.

Chop the broccoli in small bouquets and place them between the salmon.
Bake in oven for 15-20 minutes.
