This super easy to do smoothie has a luxurious taste. Its a melon and ginger dring that works as both a dessert or as a snack.
75g/2.6 oz galia melon
2 dl/0.8 cup vanilla yoghurt
4 dl/1.7 cup water
1/2 teaspoon fresh ginger, grated
1 tablespoon honey
Cut the melon into cubes.
Mix all ingredients with a blender or food processor until it foams.
Pour into glass with ice.
