Raw hemp protein bar


15 dates
1 cup hemp protein powder
125 grams of bilberries
1/2 cup shredded coconut
1/4 cup chia seeds
1 tablespoon vanilla sugar
3 tablespoons acai powder
A pinch of salt


Mix the dates in a food processor. Add all the other ingredients and mix together. Pour the mixture on to baking paper and shape it to desired size like bars or balls.
Put the bars in the refrigerator for a couple of hours.

Can be stored In the refrigerator for a week or in the freezer for several months.
