Cottage Cheese Mixture

One serving

Ingredients:

1 cup cottage cheese
1/2 red or green bell pepper
5 pc black or green olives
1/2 small red onion
5 slices smoked ham
1/2 avocado
1-2 pickled cucumber
1 stalk celery
Mexican spice or paprika
salt

Direction:

Chop everything and place in a bowl. Mix the cottage cheese and spices and season with salt. Add the cheese to the rest and shuffle.
