The Anti-Inflammatory Diet

Eat:

Fish
Lean meat
Skinless chicken
n-3 eggs (Omega-3 fatty acids, also called ω−3 fatty acids or n−3 fatty acids)
Fruits
Vegetables and tubers (sweet potato, cassava, yam and parsnip)
Raw nuts
Spices like Ginger, Turmeric and Garlic
Herbs like Thyme, parsley, rosemary, mint, Oregano
Dark chocolate (more than 75 % cocoa)
Olive oil
Coconut oil
Butter

Keep away from:

Grains
Oatmeal
Pasta
Bread
Cereal
Sugar
Vegetable oil (like corn, sunflower, safflower, cottonseed, peanut and soybean oil, high in omega 6) and trans fat
Chips
Cookies

Recommended anti-inflammatory supplements:

Multivitamin and mineral
Magnesium
EPA/DH
Vitamin D
Probiotics
Coenzyme Q10
