Avoid the “slumped posture”

For all you out there who sits a lot in front of your computer, taxi drivers, dentists or sits all day long working this is a good exercise.

It is called Brügger’s self relief position. This micro pause exercise will help preventing the “upper crossed syndrome” (forward head posture, forward rotated shoulders).
