1 cup of your favorite frozen fruit (blueberries, raspberries, cherries, strawberries, etc.
1/2 cup egg white protein powder or protein powder of choice and flavor. You can also add some coconut or your favorite raw nut.
1 cup or so water (depends on how thick or thin you like your shake)
Mix all the ingredients together. Use 1/2 cup water and add some more to desired consistency.
