500 g (18 oz) ground (minced) beef with high fat level (12% or more)

Dice the onion really fine and sauté gently in a frying pan with some butter until soften.
Blend the meat with the onion, egg and the spices and work the mix with hand, like if it was a dough,
to the proper consistency and taste. Add a little cream if the meat mix feels too firm.
Shape small meatballs with your hands.
Brown a generous pat of butter in a frying pan, and place the meatballs in the pan and let them brown on all sides. Shake the frying pan often.
Serve with a salad of your choice.
