Bananasmoothie

Ingredients:

1 Banan
1 cup (2,5 dl) Natural yoghurt
1/2 cup (1 dl) Grapefruit/orange juice
2 tablespoon wheat germ

Direction:

Mix banana, plain yogurt and grapefruit juice in blender.
Add the wheat germ and run for a few seconds.
Store cool.
