Francois Henri “Jack” LaLanne an American fitness, exercise, and nutritional expert and motivational speaker once said

“if man made it, don’t eat it”, and “if it tastes good, spit it out.”

His mela recommendations:

Breakfast: fruit, eggs and/or meat, whole wheat toast and coffee/skim milk.

Lunch: Big salad, and meat/fish/cottage cheese.

Dinner: Big salad, two vegetables, meat/fowl, fruit, and yogurt.
