Vele Forward Lean – ski jump position

Intrinsic Foot Exercises

The Vele Forward Lean is Michael Jackson-like/ski jump test.

Lean forward without bending at the waist.

Delayed or absent gripping of toes

Recommended targeted exercises:
-Practice test
-Practice test with side-to-side swaying

5 exercises are shown by Dr.Kissel as examples of muscular strengthening for this important group of muscles. These can be applied to a number of conditions and are generally considered beneficial for any athlete to complete regularly.
