Approximate cooking time: 20 minutes
1 bunch kale
1 tsp olive oil
1/4 tsp sea salt (optional)
If you prefer any specific spice(es) ad these to the recipe
Preheat oven to 350°F ca 180°C
Wash kale and remove tough stems.
Cut kale into 1″-2″ (2,5-5 cm) sections and place on baking sheet.
Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with sea salt, if desired. Toss kale to fully coat with oil.
Bake for 10-15 minutes, or until kale is crispy.
